A sleeveless cut lets thick sweaters and long sleeve shirts move without bunching at the armholes. We chose a high-pile faux fur in soft apricot that catches the light with a light sheen. The interior is fully lined to sit flat over wool and cotton.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Armhole and shoulder
The wide armholes are cut deep so you can layer this over heavy gauge knitwear or a jacket without pulling. The shoulder seams sit wide and flat across the collarbone.
Apricot faux fur
We selected a dense faux fur with a silky pile and a subtle gloss. The strands have natural variation in length, giving the vest body and loft without excess weight.
Lining and structure
A smooth woven lining covers every internal seam to keep the pile from catching on underneath layers. It helps the vest hang straight from the shoulders down to the hip.
Care and maintenance
Shake the vest out when it arrives to fluff the pile. Spot clean with a damp cloth or dry clean to maintain the texture and sheen of the faux fur fibers.
