We cut this sweatshirt with a dropped shoulder and an easy, wide body. The knit is a midweight cotton-polyester fleece that holds its shape through regular wash cycles. Ribbed trims finish the collar, cuffs, and hem.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Crew neckline and graphic
The round neck is bound with wide ribbing that sits flat against the collarbone. Across the chest, we stitched an embroidered seasonal motif directly into the fabric face.
Dropped shoulder seam
We set the shoulder seam low off the natural shoulder point. This gives the long sleeves extra volume through the upper arm before narrowing into ribbed cuffs.
Hem and side seams
The body is cut straight through the waist and hips. A dense ribbed waistband anchors the lower edge, giving the pullover weight so it hangs clean over trousers.
Wash and fabric care
The cotton-polyester fleece is pre-treated to resist shrinkage. Machine wash cold with similar shades or hand wash, skip the bleach, and dry flat to keep the embroidery smooth.
