We cut this blouse in a lightweight solid weave dyed a soft light green. The mandarin band opens into a shallow split along the button placket, while the body hangs loose through the torso. Long sleeves gather gently into thin elasticated cuffs.

The details we cut in
Mandarin collar cut
A neat stand collar sits close along the back of the neck and splits at the front placket. The band stays upright without stiff interlining, keeping the neckline open across the collarbone.
Sleeve and cuff
We set the sleeves wide through the upper arm for easy movement. Gentle gathering at the wrist runs into a narrow elastic band that holds its place when pushed up the forearm.
Woven fabric hang
The lightweight plain weave has a dry hand and falls straight from the shoulders down to the hem. It holds clean pressed seams and resists clinging across the chest and back.
Washing and care
