We cut this sweatshirt with an open V-neckline and an oversized body that hangs straight from dropped shoulder seams. The cotton-blend knit has a brushed fleece back that holds warmth without adding stiff bulk. Finished in a pale light blue wash.

V-neck collar
The deep V-neckline sits flat across the collarbone and opens up the chest. We finished the band with clean topstitching so it holds its shape through regular wash cycles.
Dropped shoulders
Low shoulder seams give the long sleeves a loose drape through the upper arms. The extra room allows full movement without pulling at the chest.
Brushed fleece knit
The outer face shows a smooth knit surface, while the inner face is brushed into a soft fleece loft. It traps heat while remaining light enough to layer under heavy coats.
Washing and care
Machine wash in cold water or wash by hand to keep the fleece backing soft. Avoid bleach. If the fabric picks up packing creases, iron on low heat after washing.
