We cut this two piece set from lightweight cotton poplin with a clean blue and white stripe. The long sleeve top buttons down the front with a classic notch collar and straight hem, paired with matching trousers. The woven fabric holds its shape away from the body rather than clinging like a knit.

The details we cut in

Woven cotton poplin

The lightweight woven poplin stays light and breathable through the night. It has the dry, crisp hand of traditional shirting, softening with wash and wear while holding its structured shape.

Notch collar and buttons

The front closure uses sturdy flat buttons running up to an open notch collar. We finished the placket clean so the neckline sits flat against the collarbone without twisting.

Two low patch pockets

Instead of a small chest pocket, we placed two wide patch pockets low on the front of the top. They sit square above the straight hem and hold daily items flat.

Washing and care

Machine wash cold with similar colours and tumble dry on low heat. Pure woven poplin develops natural surface texture in the wash; pull it promptly from the dryer or press with a cool iron.
