We cut this two-piece set from a light, crisp woven poplin rather than a clingy jersey knit. The top has a full button front, a notched collar, and long set-in sleeves. Matching trousers hang straight through the leg. It breathes well through the night and keeps its shape after a wash.

The details we cut in

Woven poplin fabric

The cotton-rich weave is light, dry to the touch, and holds its structure away from the body. It allows air through without stretching out or bunching while you sleep.

Two lower pockets

We placed two open patch pockets low on the front of the top instead of a small chest pocket. They sit flat against the hem and carry small items easily.

Straight leg trousers

The bottoms are cut with a clean, straight fall from the waistband down to the ankle hem. They give you room to turn and move without twisting around the legs.

Cold wash care

Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and tumble dry low. Take the set out promptly to smooth the natural weave, or press with a cool iron for a crisp finish.
