A cropped layer cut from high-pile brown faux fur with a smooth woven lining underneath. We shaped the body with long set-in sleeves, concealed hook-and-eye closures down the front placket, and two inset side pockets. It sits at the waist so it pairs easily with high-rise trousers or full skirts.

The details we cut in
Cropped hemline
We cut the hem high at the waistline to keep the body compact and light over evening dresses. The straight edge rests neatly against skirts and tailored wool pants without bunching.
Concealed hook closure
Hook-and-eye fasteners sit hidden along the front opening. The closure keeps the front clean and flat when fastened, while letting the collar fold back softly when worn unclasped.
Smooth interior lining
A full woven lining sits beneath the textured brown shell so the jacket slides easily over knit sweaters and silk blouses. It adds structure across the back and shoulder seams.
Faux fur care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Shake the piece after washing to lift the pile, or gently comb the fibres to smooth out any packing creases.
