We cut these bottoms with a wide, straight leg that falls loose from the hip to the lower hem. The woven fabric holds a clean green and white vertical stripe that runs unbroken down the side seams. A gathered waistband adjusts with a self-fabric drawcord so the rise sits where you want it.

The details we cut in
Wide leg cut
The leg falls straight from the seat down to an open hem without tapering. This roomier cut lets the woven cloth drape naturally and keeps the hem off the ankle while you walk around the house.
Gathered waistband
We set a wide elastic band into the waist and threaded it with an exterior drawcord. You can cinch it tight for a higher rise or let it rest lower on the hip.
Deep side pockets
Two inset pockets are sewn flush along the outer side seams. They sit deep enough to hold a phone or keys without pulling the line of the striped pattern out of square.
Fabric and care
The lightweight woven cloth is printed in clean green and white lines. Machine wash cold with similar light colours, tumble dry on a low setting, and press with a warm iron if needed.
