We shaped this short-sleeve pullover with a knit polo collar that flows into an open V-neck without buttons. The fine-gauge ribbed yarn provides a light drape across the body, while the gathered sleeve caps add soft volume at the shoulder. Black horizontal stripes run evenly across the knit.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Polo collar and neckline
The spread collar sits flat against the neck and opens into a tidy V-neckline. We left the placket unbuttoned to keep the front clean and light.
Puff sleeve construction
Small gathers at the shoulder seam create volume through the short sleeve. The ribbed cuff holds its position on the arm without binding.
Ribbed knit fabric
We used a fine-gauge yarn worked in a light vertical rib. The knit has natural give, breathes well in warm weather, and layers smoothly under jackets.
Washing and care
Machine wash cold inside a mesh laundry bag to protect the fine knit texture and striped surface from catching. Lay flat to dry; do not bleach.
