We cut this pullover with a high banded collar that sits close without folding over. The body hangs loose through the torso, knit in light gauge yarn with clean horizontal stripes across a white ground. Ribbed bands finish the long sleeves and straight hem to hold the shape against your waist.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Banded mock neck
The collar is knit in fine ribbing that stands upright against the neck. It stretches easily over the head and stays in place without pinching or rolling down during wear.
Striped knit fabric
We used a lightweight knit that holds warmth without heavy bulk. The yarn is soft to the touch and resists creasing, hanging straight from the shoulder seam down through the body.
Ribbed cuffs and hem
Both the wrist openings and the bottom hem end in wide ribbed knitting. This keeps the long sleeves gathered neatly at your wrists and gives the straight waist a stable edge.
Cold wash care
Machine wash this knit on a cold gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, or wash it by hand. Lay the sweater flat on a dry towel so the wet yarn keeps its original shape.
