We knit this pullover from a lightweight yarn blend in an unbleached oatmeal heather. The cut sits loose through the torso with a close mock collar that stands without folding. Ribbing at the cuffs and hem keeps the line steady when worn loose or tucked into heavy trousers.

The details we cut in
Mock collar cut
The band stands upright around the neck without turning over. It is ribbed to retain its shape through repeated wear and rests close without pulling.
Yarn and drape
We selected a soft, lightweight knit with fine surface brushing. It falls straight through the body, providing warmth in cool air without adding heavy bulk under coats.
Cuffs and hem
Wide ribbed bands finish the long sleeves and lower edge. The knit gives enough tension to push the sleeves up the forearm without stretching out the wrist openings.
Cold wash care
Machine wash cold inside a mesh laundry bag or wash by hand. Reshape the knit while damp and lay it flat on a drying rack to keep the seams square.
