We cut this top from a lightweight knit with stretch that holds its shape through the body. An overlapped V-neckline leads into stitched pleats down the front panel, giving the fabric room to drape over the hips. The Fair Isle print runs across the chest and down the long sleeves.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Neckline and front pleats
The front opening crosses over into a flat V-neckline that sits clear of the collarbone. Beneath the seam, narrow pleats open up through the chest to add ease across the middle.
Sleeve cut and ruffle cuffs
We set the long sleeves with a slight gather at the shoulder seam. The wrists finish with soft ruffle cuffs that gather slightly above the hand without binding.
Fair Isle knit blend
The polyester and rayon jersey carries a touch of spandex for recovery. The fabric is knit for a soft, flexible hand and takes the Fair Isle patterning cleanly across the surface.
Washing and pressing
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, or wash by hand. Hang to dry to keep the pleats set. If needed, press with an iron on a low heat setting.
