We cut this tunic with extra length through the body so the hem clears the hip. The overlapped V-neckline leads into front pleats that give the lightweight knit room to drape, while the sleeves gather into soft ruffles at the cuff. The fabric blends polyester, rayon, and spandex for gentle stretch across the shoulders.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Overlapped neck and pleats
The neckline crosses over in a fixed V-shape. Right beneath it, we set small vertical pleats that release fullness down the front, letting the knit hang straight without clinging around the middle.
Sleeve and ruffled cuff
We shaped the long sleeves with light puff gathering at the shoulder head. The wrist finishes in an elasticated ruffle cuff that stays in place if you push the sleeve up your forearm.
Apricot floral knit
The fabric is a light blend of polyester, rayon, and spandex with natural give across the back. It carries a scattered floral print in muted red across a pale apricot base.
Washing and low heat
Machine wash on a cold cycle or wash by hand in cool water. Hang the tunic to dry so the pleats keep their shape, and use a low iron setting if you need to smooth the cuffs.
