We knit this pullover in a fine wool blend yarn dyed to a gentle apricot shade. The knit is light and smooth to the touch, with enough body to hold its line without bulk. We shaped the neckline high on the collarbone to sit flat beneath a coat.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Mock neckline
The collar sits close to the base of the throat without pinching. We finished the edge with a narrow rib that keeps its shape through regular wash and wear.
Knit blend texture
We chose a fine-gauge wool blend yarn spun to resist surface pilling. The knit breathes well, carries lightweight warmth, and slides smoothly over base layers or under heavy outerwear.
Sleeve and cuff
The long sleeves finish in fine ribbed cuffs that hold at the wrist. They push up easily along the forearm when you need them out of the way.
Care and drying
Wash this knit cold on a gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, or hand wash in cool water. Lay the sweater flat on a dry towel to preserve the shape.
