We cut this mini skort with stacked lace tiers over integrated stretch shorts. The high waistband closes with a neat side zipper to keep the line flat. Soft nylon with added stretch gives the ruffle hem gentle movement while the inner layer stays set.

The details we cut in
Tiered ruffle hem
We layered soft lace across the skirt body in staggered tiers. The bottom hem sits well above the knee with an A-line flare that moves easily as you walk.
Built-in shorts
The inner shorts are sewn directly into the waist seam using a flexible knit. They provide full coverage beneath the sheer outer lace without adding bulk at the hip.
Side zipper closure
A flat side zipper secures the waistband cleanly. This keeps the front lace panels smooth and uninterrupted across the high waist.
Fabric and care
The nylon and spandex blend offers gentle stretch throughout the ruffles and lining. Machine wash cold in a mesh bag on a gentle cycle, then lay flat to dry.
