We cut this long sleeve layer from a fine, open nylon mesh that yields easily across the shoulders. The knit is entirely sheer, patterned over the body with multicolored crystal shines that catch the light against the white ground. We finished the neck with a close-sitting crew band.

The details we cut in

Crew neckline

The neck sits flat against the collarbone with a narrow self-trim band. It holds its circular shape without pulling when pulled over the head.

Sleeve and shoulder cut

Set-in sleeves run straight down to an ungathered wrist hem. The shoulder seams sit squarely on the shoulder line, using the stretch of the nylon knit to give room for movement.

Sheer mesh ground

The open knit is lightweight and transparent throughout the body and arms. Colorful crystal details are fixed directly to the white mesh surface across the front and sleeves.

Laundering and care

Wash by hand in cold water or place the top inside a mesh laundry bag before a gentle machine cycle. Skip the bleach and harsh detergents to protect the crystal applications.
