What went into it
The details we cut in
Waistband and drawcord
We set an elastic band through the waist and threaded an adjustable drawstring through the front. The channel lies flat against the waist without binding.
Leg and hem split
The wide leg curves out from the hip and finishes at a cropped ankle length. Overlapping side splits at the lower hem open slightly as you walk.
Side seam pockets
Deep pockets are sewn into the side seams below the gather of the waist. They sit flush against the hips when empty to preserve the clean line.
Fabric and laundering
The lightweight woven linen blend drapes softly. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water or wash by hand, then hang on a line to dry. Touch up with a warm iron.
