A wide leg cut in a soft, brushed fleece with weight behind it. We shaped the waistband with a broad elastic band and an adjustable drawstring to settle where you want. The side seams run straight down into a wide, open hem.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Wide leg hem
We left the hem wide and loose rather than gathered into a cuff. The fabric drops straight from the hip, giving the leg room to move without catching at the ankle.
Elastic waistband
A broad elastic band anchors the waist without pinching. We threaded an adjustable drawcord through the channel so you can knot it tight or leave it relaxed.
Brushed fleece knit
The knit has a brushed reverse side that traps air for warmth through cold weather. It has a soft face and enough body to hold the wide cut.
Side pockets
We set deep pockets right into the side seams. They sit flat when empty and stay out of the way of the straight line through the hip.
