We cut this tunic from a lightweight stretch knit with an American flag print across the body. The V-neckline leads into stitched front pleats that give the fabric room to drape straight down to a curved hem. Flutter trim along the short sleeves finishes the shoulders.

The details we cut in
V-neckline and pleats
The open V-neck joins a set of stitched front pleats. They release below the collar to let the stretch jersey fall loosely across the chest without pulling or binding.
Flutter short sleeves
We finished the short sleeves with ruffled flutter trim along the arm openings. The cut leaves the underarm open and airy for warm days.
Curved high-low hem
The bottom edge is cut on a gentle curve that drops lower in the back. It hangs cleanly over waistbands and stays tucked if you prefer to tuck the front.
Cold wash care
