We cut this tunic with a roomy body and a gentle drape across the torso. The V-neckline meets a central front pleat that adds ease through the waist and hips. Layered petal sleeves bring subtle volume to the shoulders without extra bulk.

What went into it

The details we cut in

Petal sleeve shape

We built the sleeves from overlapping fabric panels that curve around the upper arm. The cut allows full movement while resting flat against the shoulder when your arms are down.

Pleated front line

A stitched pleat drops straight down from the base of the V-neck. This release gives the woven stretch cloth extra fullness through the midsection so the shirt hangs cleanly without pulling.

Curved tunic hem

The hemline curves lower in the back and stays slightly higher at the front. It falls past the hips, making it easy to wear untucked over trousers or tucked loosely into a waistband.

Care and print

The B-Butterfly print is set into a lightweight, opaque stretch fabric that resists pilling. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, skip the bleach, and hang the garment on a line to dry.
