We cut this short jacket with a boxy torso that clears the belt line. The shell uses a dense, lightweight woven yarn that sheds light gusts without adding bulk. A stand collar fastens high under the chin, and the front zipper hides behind a folded storm placket.

Collar and placket
The high neck stands upright on its own. A central zipper runs the full length of the front, tucked beneath a clean fabric flap that snaps flat across the chest.
Sleeve and cuff
We set the long sleeves with extra room through the bicep. The cuffs finish with gathered elastic casings that hold their place at the wrist when pushed up.
Short hem and pockets
The hem is cut straight and cropped short. Two angled welt pockets sit flat into the side seams, deep enough for keys or cold hands without breaking the line of the front.
Wash and care
