We cut this bomber with a short waist hem and a tall funnel neck that buttons over the front zip. The dark brown shell is lightweight woven polyester with a smooth finish, lined through the sleeves and body for cool days. It fastens cleanly against the wind.

The details we cut in
Funnel neck and storm flap
The tall collar stands on its own when fully zipped. We added a wide storm flap over the front zipper to cut the breeze and keep the front profile flat across the chest.
Elastic cuffs and hem
Gathered elastic bands finish the long sleeves and the cropped hemline. The casing holds the jacket close at the waist without pulling tight when you lift your arms.
Side entry pockets
Two welt pockets sit at the front waist seams for your hands or a key. We stitched the interior pocket bags flat to avoid bulk under the lining.
Launder and care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or wash by hand in cool water. Hang the jacket on a broad hanger to dry and smooth out the shell fabric.
