We cut this two-piece lounge set from a soft, stretch knit in solid black. The top features a split polo collar over dropped short sleeves. Matching shorts sit on an elasticated waistband with deep side pockets set into the seams.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Split polo collar
The top is built with an open polo neckline that lies flat against the collarbone. Dropped shoulder seams give the short sleeves an easy, relaxed drape through the chest and torso.
Elasticated shorts
We cut the shorts with a gathered elastic waistband that holds without binding. The leg openings are wide enough to move naturally, finishing with a tidy folded hem.
In-seam pockets
Two practical pockets are stitched directly into the side seams of the shorts. They sit flat when empty and hold small items securely when you are on the move.
