We knit this pullover in a dense yarn with a geometric Fair Isle pattern across the upper chest. The raglan sleeves give room through the shoulder, while the crewneck sits flat against the collarbone. It drops straight to a broad ribbed hem.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Fair Isle yoke
The geometric pattern runs across the chest and upper arms in a contrasting knit. We worked the pattern directly into the stitch so the motif stays flat against the body.
Raglan sleeve cut
Diagonal seams run from the crewneck down under each arm rather than across the shoulder point. This construction frees up movement across the back and lets you wear a base layer underneath without pulling.
Ribbed trim
Wide ribbed bands finish the round collar, cuffs, and bottom hem. The ribbing holds its shape through regular wear and keeps the wrists and waist sitting close against drafts.
Washing and care
Hand wash in cool water or run on a gentle machine cycle inside a mesh laundry bag. Skip the dryer and lay the knit flat on a towel so the weight of the damp yarn does not stretch the body.
