We knit this lightweight pullover with a traditional Fair Isle yoke set against a soft pink ground. Raglan sleeves slant directly from the ribbed crew collar to give the shoulder clean ease over a base layer. The hem and cuffs finish in matching rib knit to keep the line tidy at the wrist and hip.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Pink Fair Isle knit
The chest carries a banded Fair Isle pattern worked directly into the lightweight knit. The soft pink base yarn balances the geometric yoke motif without adding heavy bulk.
Raglan shoulder seam
We cut the sleeves with diagonal raglan seams that run from underarm to collar. The slant removes the rigid seam cap so the knit sits flat across the shoulder.
Ribbed neck and hem
The round crewneck, sleeve cuffs, and lower hem are finished with fine ribbing. The knit band pulls in slightly at the waist so the body hangs straight without flaring.
Care and wash
Wash cold by hand or place the sweater in a mesh bag on a gentle machine cycle. Reshape the knit and lay it flat to dry instead of using heat.
