We cut this blouse with an open split neckline and three-quarter sleeves that clear the wrist. The fabric is light, opaque, and hangs straight down from the shoulder without clinging. A spaced floral pattern runs across the dark base, balanced by clean edge stitching at the cuffs and hem.

The details we cut in

Split v-neck cut

The neckline dips into a clean split band that stays flat across the collarbone. We left off buttons and hardware so the front remains unweighted and easy to layer under an open jacket.

Three-quarter sleeve

The sleeves finish below the elbow with a plain sewn cuff. The extra room through the bicep lets the arm move without pulling on the shoulder seam or tightening across the upper back.

Drape and weave

We chose a lightweight woven yarn with a smooth face and natural resistance to creasing. The cloth holds its shape out of a wash cycle and does not show through in normal light.

Wash and care

Machine wash or hand wash in cold water to preserve the depth of the dark print. Hang to dry rather than using a tumble dryer, which helps the hem stay level.
