We cut this mini skirt with integrated jersey shorts underneath for full coverage in motion. The low-rise waistband rests across the hips, while the side slit gives the straight hem room to step. It pulls on without zips or buttons.

The details we cut in
Low-rise waistband
The wide stretch band sits low on the hips without hardware. It lies flat against the waist, relying on internal elastic to hold its position through walking and dancing.
Integrated under-shorts
Underneath the skirt, we built in a pair of fitted jersey shorts. They share the main waistband, giving you complete coverage beneath the short outer hemline.
Side slit hem
A clean slit opens up one side seam above the hem. This breaks the close line of the skirt and keeps the straight cut from catching as you stride.
Washing and care
Machine wash cold with like darks on a gentle cycle to preserve the navy dye. Lay flat or hang to dry away from high heat.
