We cut this pullover with a heavy yarn in a classic cable pattern. The drop shoulder gives the chest plenty of room, while the ribbed crewneck sits flat against the collarbone. It falls straight through the body in clean white.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Cable knit yarn
We chose a thick acrylic yarn that holds its loft without weighing down the shoulders. The knit creates deep vertical ribs that give the white surface clear texture and density.
Neck and shoulders
The ribbed crewneck is knit with enough tension to hold its shape through repeated wear. We dropped the shoulder seams low off the joint so the long sleeves fall freely around the arms.
Ribbed hem
The hem and cuffs finish in wide ribbing that rests easy rather than gripping tight. It sits squarely at the hip, leaving room to layer a collared shirt or light tee underneath.
Washing instructions
Wash by hand or place the sweater in a mesh bag on a gentle machine cycle with cold water. Lay it flat on a drying rack so the heavy knit retains its length and shape.
