We knit this crewneck pullover with a thick cable pattern across the front and back. The body is cut wide and loose for an easy hang, finished with dense ribbed trims at the neck, cuffs, and hem. The yarn is soft and holds its loft through cold weather.

The details we cut in
Cable knit texture
We use a heavy-gauge knit with raised cables running down the body. The yarn is soft against the neck, with enough loft to trap warm air without feeling stiff.
Crew neckline
The round neck is set with a sturdy ribbed band that sits flat against the collarbone. It keeps its shape over time and pulls easily over the head.
Sleeve and hem finish
We cut the long sleeves wide through the arm, ending in deep ribbed cuffs that grip the wrist. The lower hem is ribbed to match and sits straight across the hips.
Care and wash
Hand wash this knit in cool water or place it in a laundry mesh bag for a gentle machine cycle. Reshape the piece and lay it flat on a towel to dry.
