We cut this tunic with an offset square neckline and a front button detail. The jersey fabric has enough stretch to move easily and holds a black and white horizontal stripe. A long curved hem drops past the hip line for wearing over narrow bottoms.

The details we cut in
Asymmetrical square neck
The neckline is cut square and offset at the collarbone, finished with a neat bound edge and decorative front buttons that sit flat against the chest.
Three-quarter sleeve cut
The sleeves finish below the elbow with a plain stitched cuff. It leaves the wrist clear while keeping fabric close along the forearm.
Tunic length hem
We gave the body extra length and shaped the hemline so it curves gently downward. The sweep hangs clean over leggings or straight trousers without bunching.
Stretch jersey care
The lightweight knit washes by hand or in a gentle machine cycle with cool water. Turn the garment inside out before washing and run a low iron to smooth the striping.
