We cut this tunic with an asymmetrical square neckline that sits open across the collarbone. The body falls loose and long through the hem, paired with three-quarter sleeves that end below the elbow. The green and black plaid is worked into a lightweight stretch fabric that holds its colour through the wash.

The details we cut in
Asymmetrical square neck
The neckline is squared off and cut on a slight slant across the collarbone. Small decorative buttons sit along the front edge, giving the collar line a neat finish that lies flat against the chest.
Three-quarter sleeve
The sleeves are cut to a three-quarter length, ending midway down the forearm. The straight cuff leaves plenty of room around the wrist when you work or reach.
Tunic length hem
We cut the hem long to fall past the hips in a loose, straight drape. The side seams drop straight down from the armhole without pinching through the waist.
Green plaid fabric
The knit has a light stretch and a soft face that moves easily. Machine wash cold or wash by hand without bleach, then press with a cool iron if wrinkles set after the spin.
