We knit this vest in a soft, lightweight gauge with horizontal contrast striping. The deep V-neck leads down to a full button placket and small front pockets. Ribbed banding keeps the armholes and lower hem flat against your base layer.

The details we cut in
V-neck and placket
The open V-neckline is bordered with ribbing that runs straight into the button placket. You can wear it buttoned up alone or open over a light top.
Cap shoulder line
We extended the shoulder line past the seam to form a slight cap over the upper arm. The ribbed cuff holds its shape around the armhole.
Pockets and striping
Two flat patch pockets sit on the lower front panels, knitted directly into the pink contrast stripe pattern so they lay flat without sagging.
Laundering and care
Wash on a gentle machine cycle in cold water inside a mesh laundry bag, or hand wash. Lay the knit flat to dry to preserve the ribbing.
