We cut this hooded shacket with a relaxed line that accommodates base layers and knits underneath. The outer shell is a soft woven flannel in deep green plaid, backed entirely through the body and hood with lofted sherpa fleece. It closes down the front with sturdy metal snap buttons.

The details we cut in
Hood and collar
The attached hood is lined in the same dense sherpa fleece as the torso. It sits cleanly behind the neck when unfastened, giving extra coverage around the ears and collar when pulled up against cold wind.
Placket and closures
Durable metal snap buttons run the length of the front placket and fasten both chest flaps. They snap firmly into place, allowing you to wear the piece fully closed against the draft or open over a tee.
Pockets and storage
Two broad flap pockets sit on the chest for small essentials, anchored with snap closures. We also set welt pockets into the side seams at resting hand height to keep your fingers out of the cold air.
Wash and care
Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water to preserve the loft of the fleece and the nap of the woven shell. Avoid bleach and hang the jacket flat to dry so the seams and hem hold their shape.
