The details we cut in
Low-rise waistband
The waistband sits low across the hips and stays flat. We tailored the band to lie smoothly without digging, allowing the skirt to sit level through the seat.
Built-in short liner
An integrated matching short layer sits sewn directly underneath the short outer shell. The inner shorts provide coverage under the high-cut outer hemline.
Fabric and print
We chose a cool-hand synthetic weave with a subtle sheen for the red polka-dot print. The smooth material glides easily over the inner liner without bunching.
Pockets and care
Pockets are set into the seams to hold small items. Machine wash this piece cold on a gentle cycle, then hang it on a line to air dry.
