We cut this micro mini skort with a low-rise waistband that sits across the hips. Underneath the short outer shell, we built in a pair of matching stretch shorts with side pockets. The synthetic jersey has a light sheen and stretches easily for casual wear.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Low-rise waistband
The wide band sits lower on the hip bones without rolling. We designed the waist to lie flat against the body, holding the short outer panel steady as you move.
Built-in liner shorts
Under the micro hem sits a pair of matching knit shorts. They give you extra coverage beneath the short outer shell and feature small drop-in pockets along the sides.
Mini polka dot knit
We printed the synthetic stretch jersey with fine polka dots over a smooth ground. The fabric has a slick, cool hand and a slight surface sheen that stays crisp after washing.
Simple home care
Turn the skort inside out and wash on a gentle cold cycle with similar items. Line dry away from direct heat to protect the elasticity of the inner short.
