We cut this skort with a deliberate micro-mini hemline and a low-rise waist. The smooth synthetic fabric has a subtle sheen and plenty of stretch, anchored by an integrated inner short with side pockets for ease when you walk. It sits low on the hips and keeps a close profile from band to hem.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Low waistband
We set the waistband to rest low across the hip bones rather than at the natural waist. It lies flat with an encased stretch band that holds its place without gathering or digging.
Integrated inner shorts
Underneath the short outer hem, we stitched matching fitted liner shorts in the same smooth white fabric. They include drop-in pockets along the side to carry a phone or small essentials securely.
Micro hemline
This is our shortest skort profile, falling high on the upper thigh. The outer skirt panel hangs straight with clean turned hems, leaving leg movement unhindered while the under-shorts stay in place.
Fabric and care
The synthetic blend has a cool, slick hand and a slight surface sheen that resists static cling. Wash on a cold gentle cycle and hang dry to maintain the stretch recovery and crisp white tone.
