We cut this half-zip pullover from thick, lofted sherpa fleece in solid black. The body is cut loose through the chest and waist to leave room for base layers beneath. A high funnel neckline zips up to block drafts, while elasticated binding pulls the hem and cuffs close to the body.

The details we cut in
Funnel neck and half zip
The stand collar zips straight up to the chin to seal out cold air, or folds flat when left undone. A sturdy zipper pull runs smoothly down the chest.
Drop shoulder and sleeves
We dropped the shoulder seams to keep the fit easy through the upper arm and back. Gathered elastic cuffs hold the long sleeves firmly at the wrist.
Side zipper pockets
Two inset side pockets are finished with tonal zippers to secure keys and cards on the move. The pocket bags sit flat under the fleece body.
Lofted fleece and wash care
The dense polyester sherpa weave traps warmth without added weight. Machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water and press with a cool iron to release packing creases.
