We cut this pullover roomy through the body with a deep drop shoulder to clear thick underlayers. The lofty sherpa fleece traps warm air without adding dead weight. A sturdy half zipper runs up into a standing funnel collar to seal around the neck.

The details we cut in
Funnel collar and half zip
The high collar stands upright to block cold drafts or zips flat over the chest. We finished the closure with a smooth nylon track and an enclosed top stop so the slider never bites at the throat.
Drop shoulders and roomy sleeves
We set the armholes low across the upper arm to allow full movement without pulling at the hem. The long sleeves finish in narrow elastic casings that stay put at the wrists.
Enclosed side zip pockets
Two angled front pockets sit along the forward side seams for warming cold hands. Nylon coil zippers keep contents secure while sitting flush against the thick fleece body without adding bulk.
Gathered elastic hem
The bottom opening is bound with an internal elastic band that gathers slightly at the waist. This holds the loose cut close to the body to block updrafts and keep cold wind out.
