We cut this two piece lounge set from a soft, stretchy knit with horizontal navy and white stripes. The top has an easy crewneck and long sleeves, while the shorts pull on with a flexible elastic waistband. It packs down light and hangs loose off the body.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Crewneck top cut
The long sleeve sweater is cut with an open crewneck and a dropped shoulder seam for an easy drape. The hem falls loose around the hip without binding.
Elastic waist shorts
We built the shorts with an elasticated waistband that sits flat and stretches as you sit. The leg openings are cut wide to keep the knit moving easily.
Striped knit fabric
The polyester knit is spun with stretch for flexibility and recovery. Horizontal navy blue and white stripes run across the body and sleeves, giving the surface a clean, regular rhythm.
Cold water wash
Wash both pieces in cold water inside a mesh laundry bag to keep the knit surface smooth. Line dry away from direct heat and skip the bleach.
