What went into it

The details we cut in

Crewneck and long sleeves

The top features a banded crew neckline and full-length sleeves. We dropped the shoulder seams to allow easy movement through the upper body, finishing the cuffs and hem with simple knit edges.

Elastic waistband shorts

The shorts are built with a wide elastic waistband that pulls on easily without hardware. We cut them with a straight leg opening so the knit fabric hangs freely off the hips.

Striped knit fabric

We used a flexible polyester knit with built-in stretch and horizontal blue striping. The material feels soft to the touch, packs down flat in a bag, and maintains its shape through regular wear.

Wash and care

Place both pieces inside a mesh laundry bag before washing. Machine wash on a cold cycle without bleach, then line dry flat to preserve the elasticity and keep the striped knit smooth.
