What went into it
The details we cut in
Crewneck collar
A simple ribbed band trims the round neckline so it lies flat against the collarbone without stretching out. It pulls on easily and sits cleanly beneath denim jackets or open overshirts.
Dropped shoulder seam
The shoulder seam falls well past the natural shoulder line. This gives the long sleeves a wide, slouchy fall through the arm while keeping the torso roomy and square through the chest.
Slightly cropped hem
We trimmed the hem higher than a standard tunic length so it clears the waistband of high-rise denim. The straight cut hangs loose rather than pulling in against the hip.
Cotton jersey knit
The cotton-blend jersey has enough body to hold a square shape without feeling stiff. Wash on a gentle cold cycle with like colours and reshape the hem flat to dry.
