A double-layer knit cap constructed for cold weather. We build the exterior with a textured rib and sew a soft fleece layer inside to trap air. The wide fold-over cuff lets you adjust the depth over your ears.

What went into it
The details we cut in
Double layer construction
We use an outer rib knit paired with a dense fleece interior. The inner layer sits flat against the scalp while the ribbed exterior gives the cap its stretch and recovery.
Adjustable folded cuff
The deep turn-up hem rolls up or down to change the depth. Wearing it folded double adds a second barrier of knit over the ears and forehead without binding.
Ribbed knit yarn
We selected an acrylic and polyester blend for the outer shell to maintain shape across repeated wear. The vertical ribbing expands easily to fit most head sizes without losing tension.
Cold wash care
Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry on a low heat setting or reshape and lay flat to dry to preserve the loft of the fleece.
