What went into it
The details we cut in
Double layer build
The outer layer uses a textured rib knit that stretches easily across the crown. Inside, we line the cap with a soft fleece that sits flat against the head and adds warmth without stiffening the yarn.
Fold over cuff
The broad lower cuff folds upward to create a double thickness right where the cap covers the ears and forehead. You can adjust the roll higher or lower depending on how much slouch you want at the crown.
Dark gray knit
The dark gray yarn has a muted heather tone that works well alongside heavy wool overcoats, down parkas, or rain jackets. The rib structure gives the surface subtle vertical definition.
Cold wash care
Machine wash on a gentle cold cycle with similar colors. Tumble dry on low heat or lay the beanie flat on a towel to air dry, which helps the ribbed outer shell keep its original shape.
