We knit this cuffed beanie with a textured outer rib and line the entire interior with lofted fleece. The folded brim adjusts to sit low over the ears or higher on the brow. It provides a double layer of knit fabric at the temples without stiffening the crown.

The details we cut in
Ribbed outer knit
We knit the shell in a ribbed yarn with enough give to recover its shape after wear. The coffee yarn holds a deep, warm tone that pairs easily with cold-weather coats and heavy wool layers.
Lofted fleece lining
The interior is fully lined in a soft fleece fabric. This interior layer sits flat against the head, blocking wind through the outer knit stitches without adding unnecessary weight to the crown.
Turned cuff brim
The wide fold at the opening creates a double thickness right where the cap meets the ears and forehead. You can roll the cuff deeper or shallow out the fold to change the depth.
Washing and care
Wash on a cold cycle with like colours to preserve the elasticity of the knit ribs. You can tumble dry on low heat or lay the cap flat on a towel to air dry.
