What went into it
The details we cut in
Barrel leg shape
The outer seam curves outward through the mid-leg and draws back in near the ankle. This shape keeps fabric away from the knee while you walk, giving the fleece trousers room without dragging at the shoes.
Brushed fleece interior
We back the knit with a lofted fleece lining that traps warm air against the legs. The outer face remains smooth, while the underside stays soft against bare legs through cold mornings and long sitting.
Elasticated drawcord waist
The waistband holds a wide interior elastic band that sits flat against the waist. We run an adjustable cord through the channel so you can knot the fit looser or tighter across the hips.
Deep side pockets
Two inset pockets sit along the forward side seams. We cut the pocket bags deep enough to hold keys or a phone securely without bulging out the curved line of the hip.
