We cut this long sleeve blouse from a lightweight cotton blend with a classic yellow gingham check. The neckline opens into a neat V framed by inset lace that extends across the shoulder seams. Neckline and lace inserts

The front neckline is shaped into an open V and bordered with lace applique. That same lace continues along the shoulder seams, stitched flat against the woven gingham without bunching.

Long straight sleeves

We cut the sleeves with full length and set them into standard armholes. The fabric drapes loosely along the arm to narrow cuffs that can be pushed up or worn straight down to the wrist.

Cotton blend weave

The yellow gingham fabric is woven from a high-cotton blend that holds its shape while staying light and breathable. It has a dry, crisp hand that softens after the first cycle in the wash.

Washing and pressing

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Cotton check can pick up light wrinkles in the wash, which smooth out quickly with a warm iron.
