We cut this mid-layer from dense microfleece with a pill-resistant finish. The collar stands upright to close around the neck, while the hoodless profile sits flat under rain shells. Six separate pockets are sewn into the interior and outer panels to hold small items on the move.

The details we cut in
Six dedicated pockets
We built this jacket with deep drop-in pockets on the inside facing alongside zippered outer hand pockets. The reinforced pocket bags keep cards, phones, and small items anchored close to the body.
Collar and front zipper
A sturdy full-length front zip pulls all the way up into the stand collar. The absence of a hood means the neckline layers smoothly under heavy coats without bunching at the nape.
Microfleece knit
The polyester microfleece is lofted for warmth without heavy bulk. We chose a yarn that resists surface pilling through regular wear, keeping the coffee brown shade deep and uniform.
Bound cuffs and hem
Narrow elastic binding trims the sleeve cuffs and the straight lower hem. This finish gathers the fleece slightly to hold the sleeves at the wrist and stop the jacket from riding up.
