We cut this button-down blouse with a turn-down collar, a loose body, and a pleated back yoke that leaves room across the shoulders. For this Bohemian printed edition, we chose a smooth polyester cloth that holds its shape and dries quickly. The sleeves can be worn full length or rolled up.

The details we cut in

Collar and placket

A turn-down collar leads into a full front button placket. The band is stitched flat so it rests neatly against the neck whether buttoned to the top or left open.

Back pleat detail

Across the back, a straight yoke sits above a central pleat. This adds ease through the upper back and lets the fabric hang straight down to the hem without pulling.

Rollable long sleeves

The sleeves are cut with clean cuffs that unbutton so you can roll them up past the wrist. The armhole is set wide enough for easy movement throughout the day.

Washing instructions

Machine wash or hand wash in cold water with similar colours. Do not use bleach. Hang the blouse to dry or use a low iron if you want a crisp finish.
