We cut this long sleeve flannel shirt from soft woven cotton in a broad brown plaid. The tailored front fastens with a full row of buttons up to a neat turn-down collar, while the rear yoke uses a central pleat to give the shoulders room to move. It functions on its own or as a light outer layer over a plain tee.

Cotton flannel weave

Woven from soft cotton yarns with a dense brushed surface. The fabric holds its structure through the collar and cuffs while remaining breathable during long wear.

Yoke and pleat

The back features a straight seam across the shoulders and a center box pleat. This provides ease through the upper back so the sleeves do not bind when you reach forward.

Sleeve and cuff

We cut the sleeves with full length and standard button cuffs. You can wear them fastened down to the wrist or unbuttoned and rolled back past the forearms.

Washing and care

Machine wash cold or wash by hand with mild detergent. Hang the shirt or lay it flat to dry to maintain the softness of the cotton flannel weave, and avoid bleach.
