What went into it
The details we cut in
Integrated shorts
We sew matching stretch shorts directly inside the outer pencil shell. The inner layer stays close to the leg, giving complete coverage beneath the short outer hemline.
Mid-rise waistband
The waist is cut mid-rise with a smooth, stitch-down band that sits flat against the torso. It pulls on without zips or buttons to keep the silhouette clean.
Polka dot knit
We selected a lightweight stretch knit with a smooth face and a clear red and white dot print. The fabric flexes with movement and recovers its shape after sitting.
Garment care
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Lay flat to dry or tumble dry low to preserve the elasticity of the waistband and internal shorts.
